How it works

Choose your location above, then purchase your card through our secure Toast portal. You can have it emailed to the recipient instantly or print a copy at home — great if you forgot until the morning of the party. There's no activation fee, no expiration date, and any unused balance simply carries over to the next visit. Physical cards are also available in-restaurant if you'd like a card to hand over in person.

Ordering ten cards or more? Reach out to your nearest location directly and we'll set up invoicing, personalized notes, and matching denominations for client gifts, employee recognition, end-of-season team awards, or tournament prizes. We can usually turn around bulk orders within a few business days.

Can I check my balance online?

Yes — use the Check Balance button above, pick the location the card was purchased from, and enter the card number.

Can I use it at any Toledo's location?

Gift cards are issued per location and are redeemable at the restaurant where they were purchased. Be sure to gift the card from the location closest to the recipient.

What if I lose my card?

If you have the original purchase receipt or confirmation email, the issuing location can look up the remaining balance and help you transfer it to a replacement card.

Do gift cards expire? Are they refundable?

Cards never expire, but they are non-refundable once purchased. Any unused balance stays on the card until it's used.
