Private dining at Toledo's
Each of our three restaurants — Cedar & Nees, Herndon & Milburn, and Clovis — offers semi-private and full-buyout options for groups of roughly 20 to 80 guests. Our Cedar & Nees and Herndon & Milburn locations have dedicated event spaces with their own sound systems, easy AV hookups for slideshows or speeches, and natural light that makes daytime gatherings feel relaxed. Smaller parties can reserve a sectioned-off area of the main dining room without a buyout, so you get privacy without minimums that feel out of reach.
Menu options
We build event menus around the way Mexican food is meant to be shared. Family-style platters of fajitas, enchiladas, carnitas, and rice and beans are our most popular format, but we also set up build-your-own taco and fajita bars for larger groups. Hand-made tortillas are available on request. Vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free guests are easy to accommodate — just let us know in advance. Our full bar handles margaritas by the pitcher, Mexican beer, wine, and zero-proof options, and we offer a kid-friendly menu that keeps younger guests happy.
Catering and off-site events
Can't bring everyone to us? We cater drop-off and full-service events across Fresno County, from office lunches and team meetings to backyard birthdays and quinceañeras. Hot-hold setups, serving utensils, and disposable serviceware are included so your team isn't scrambling at the venue. We ask for at least 72 hours' notice for standard orders, and one to two weeks for larger events or anything that needs custom menu work.
Planning timeline and deposits
After you send an inquiry, we respond within 48 hours with availability and a tailored quote. A small deposit holds the date, and final guest count is confirmed five business days before the event. For groups of 40 or more, we'll happily set up a tasting so you can lock in the menu with no surprises.
