Why work at Toledo's
Toledo's is a family-owned Mexican restaurant that has been part of the Central Valley for three generations. What started as a single taqueria on Belmont Avenue has grown into three full-service restaurants serving Fresno, Clovis, and Madera — but the kitchen still runs on the same recipes, the same standards, and the same belief that the people who work here are part of the family. Most of our managers and lead cooks were hired off the line and grew into their roles. We hire for the long term.

We promote from within whenever possible — cooks move up to kitchen lead and sous chef, servers move into bartending and management. Who we're looking for
A hospitality-first attitude matters more than a resume. We want people who show up on time, take pride in their station, and treat guests and teammates with respect. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus but not required. Prior restaurant experience helps for kitchen roles, but we'll train the right person from scratch. If you love Mexican food and you want to learn how it's done the traditional way, we'd love to meet you.
How hiring works
